Dr. Courtney is truly phenomenal! From the second I requested an appointment I have been treated with kindness, patience, and respect. Trust is so important for medical care, and from my first interactions it is very clear that Dr. Courtney cares and wants the best for people. I am a weightlifter and found Dr. Courtney after a minor injury made me realize something needed to be addressed. After my initial assessment, I got some news that things were worse than I thought, and Dr. Courtney helped me feel calm and confident by building a plan to help. While building this plan, he helped me understand how issues with my spine were contributing to issues in other areas like my sore shoulder and disrupted sleep! In just a couple of weeks with Dr. Courtney I have slept better, moved better, and had far less pain than I have in a LONG time! I don't think I realized how much constant pain I was in before, really. In just a few weeks I already see massive improvements in how I move and feel, even during and after training sessions.
